MBA Eligibility: After completion of an undergraduate degree from any recognized university with 50% aggregate marks can apply for postgraduate programmes in Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT). The reserved category has a relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks. Bachelor's degree holders from any faculty (science, arts, commerce) are eligible for admission in PG programs.
Follow the instructions for filing the application form. The admission procedure is fully online and requires the submission of necessary documents. Pay the application fee and registration online after document verification.
Follow the steps-
- Step 1. Visit the official page of Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT) https://www.scit.edu/
- Step 2. Search for a program that you want to apply for.
- Step 3. Click on the New Registration Link and fill out the registration form with valid information (email ID or mobile number)
- Step 4. After successful registration, the university will provide a login ID via email or registered mobile number (username and password)
- Step 5. Log in to the students' portal with your Username and Password provided by the university. (Keep your login ID safe)
- Step 5. After logging on to the students' portal, fill the application form with valid qualification documents (Aadhar card, marksheet, photo, etc.).
- Step 6. Upload all the scanned documents in the application form carefully.
- Step 7. Submit your application form. The university will verify the uploaded documents and details.
- Step 8. After successful document verification, you will be able to pay the application fee and program fee online (UPI, Debit card, Credit Card, etc.)
- Step 9. Confirm admission and download the acknowledgement receipt and program fee receipt provided by the university.

- Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT)- Merit Scholarship in the MBA program will be awarded to the topper of semester I of the program. In the subsequent semesters, the scholarship would be based on academic excellence, a minimum GPA of 7.50 earned by the same student during the preceding semester.
- Only those students will be eligible for the award of Merit Scholarship who have cleared the courses prescribed for the respective programme up to the stage of award, i.e., they should not have any backlog.
- The student who has been awarded a merit scholarship by the Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT) shall not be debarred from stipend or any financial assistance from any other source. However, if the student is awarded any stipend or financial assistance from any other source, the student shall communicate the same through the Institute to the office of Student Affairs, SIU.
- There will be no income limit for the parents/guardians of the students for the grant of merit scholarship.
- In case a student is eligible for more than one scholarship/freeship by the Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT), he/she shall be awarded only one scholarship/freeship as per his/her preference.
