AKGEC has a placement cell that focuses on each student to maximize his/her career prospects and assists him/her in achieving the same. Students are placed through campus recruitment programs. The Training and Placement Cell is committed to fulfilling the dreams of all those who graduate from A.K.G. Engineering College. The objective of the placement cell is to place students in good companies. This is achieved through campus selections conducted in the college for which the students are trained in aptitude, technical and soft skills, much ahead of campus selections. The Cell believes in the overall development of the students’ personality, which will help them to achieve a rewarding career.

Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College offers scholarships to students who secured an All India Rank (AIR) up to 25000 in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for admission into the B.Tech course, and an All India Rank (AIR) between 1 and 750 in the Common University Entrance Test Post Graduate (CUET PG) for admission into the MCA course. The scholarship aims to provide financial support to meritorious students and encourage academic excellence.

Scholarships are subject to the availability of seats/quota and satisfactory academic performance. Students must maintain good attendance and academic records to continue availing themselves.
