In ASM IIBR Pune, the placement cell begins guiding its students from the beginning academic session and focuses on career profiling. The students are trained to help in skill development, enhance communication, and gain industry knowledge.​ At ASM IIBR, students actively participate in pre-recruitment preparation. The Institute has been consistent with its good placement; the highest package offered was INR 18 LPA, and the average package offered was INR 7.5 LPA in 2025. As per the previous in 2024 report, the highest package soared up to INR 16 LPA.

With over 250+ top recruiters participating in the placement drive yearly. At ASM IIBR, students are mostly placed in IT/ITES, Marketing, Consulting, Digital/E-commerce, FMCG, Engineering, Hospitality, Logistics, and Manufacturing.​ The placement opportunities are extended in different fields of the industry, which include  HR, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Finance, and Business Analytics.

ASM IIBR Pune provides various scholarships of its own, awarding the students for their academic and sports excellence. The scholarship seats are also reserved for girl students. Find the scholarship and eligibility criteria below:-

•  ASM’s Engineering Excellence: only for the engineering graduates with 60% merit. Additionally, 30% of the academic fee is waived, and 12 scholarships are available.
• ASM’s Honor: only for students whose parents are in the defense sector and retired personnel. Additionally, 25% of the academic fee is waived, and 8 scholarships are available.
• ​ASM’s Eklavya: it depends on the level achieved in sports, which includes 30% of the academic fee will be waived if a student represents at the National Level, 25% of the academic fee will be waived if a student represents at the State Level,  and 20% of the academic fee will be waived if a students represents at the District Level. Only 12 scholarships are available.
• ​ASM’s Spark: only for the Students who consistently score 75% or above academically. Additionally, 25% of the academic fee is waived, and 10 scholarships are available.
