Bhaarath Medical College does not provide campus placements for MBBS students in the way engineering colleges do. After completing the MBBS course, students must undergo a compulsory one-year internship at the attached Bhaarath Hospital, where they receive hands-on clinical training in various departments such as Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology. This internship is an essential part of medical education and helps students gain practical experience before becoming registered doctors.

• Internship (CRRI): All MBBS students do a 1-year compulsory internship in the college's own hospital (attached 2100+ bed multi-speciality hospital).

• Stipend during Internship: INR 7,000 to INR 10,000 per month (day scholars get a lower amount; varies slightly by batch and source).

• After MBBS: No traditional campus placements like engineering colleges. Most students prepare for NEET-PG for MD/MS seats or join as medical officers in hospitals.

• Average Salary (for those who join jobs directly): Around INR 6 LPA (very few opt for direct jobs without PG).

• Placement Rate: Low (around 10% in some reports) because the majority go for higher studies (PG) or government jobs.
