The Training & Placement Cell at CEM Kapurthala is dedicated to enhancing student employability and bridging the gap between academia and industry. It operates throughout the year with active faculty and student coordinators.

Functions of the Placement Cell:

• It helps students in building resumes, portfolio development and mock interviews.
• Placement record monitoring, alumni networking.
• The Cell conducts pre-placement talks (PPTs) and job fairs.
• It runs regular training programs on soft skills, aptitude, technical skills, group discussions and interview preparation.
• The cell also arranges industrial visits and expert guest lectures and internship opportunities for the students.
• The placement cell conducts campus recruitment drives and off campus placement opportunities.
• It offers career counselling and guidance for higher studies.
• It has good industry linkages and MoUs with various comanies companies.
• Moderate success in Placements. Special focus of Placement cell on CSE and ECE students.
