DCSMAT also provides a 100% placement record annually. Their top recruiters are Federal Bank, RAMCO, Berger, ITC, DHL, ICICI Bank, Real Capital Ventures, TCS, Mathrubhumi, Linways, ESAF, Axis Bank, Ma. Ed, GWC, Mahindra Finance, Malayala Manorama, Kancor, KIMS, Federal Bank, Lupin, Naukri.com, The Leela, Club Mahindra. The highest package of INR 10 LPA, and the average package is INR 5.10 LPA.  The college provides placement training, mock interviews, and group discussions, and has a dedicated placement committee to coordinate with major recruiters. Internships are not mandatory, but two-month programs are encouraged, often without stipends, with some students securing opportunities outside Kerala for broader experience. 

The DCSMAT offers scholarships to Meritorious, economically and socially disadvantaged students, Students enrolled under the Kerala government’s ‘Nirbhaya’ scheme, and ASHA Health Workers’ children, Children of retired and serving defence, central para-military, and Kerala Police personnel, Students from the North Eastern states of Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Jharkhand, and Sikkim. The scholarship awarded to these students ranges from 100% to 25% of their tuition fees, valued at between Rs. 8,67,000/- to Rs. 50,000/-.

Specifically for students from OBC, military families, and economically backward communities. Scholarships are also available for students based on merit, particularly for those achieving over 80% in their graduation. Although the college does not provide loans directly, it accepts bank loans, which can cover up to 80% of the total fees.
