IBS Mumbai offers 2-year postgraduate programs, including MBA (Master of Business Administration). Moreover, college offers courses in Law and Business & Management Studies. IBS Mumbai: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have passed undergraduate programs from any recognized university can apply for postgraduate programs at this university. Passed a bachelor's degree from any recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Moreover, for reserved category students, have some relaxation in the aggregate score.
Entrance Exam- ICFAI IBS Mumbai conducts an entrance exam for MBA/ PGPM programs . Applicants have to pass the exam with a minimum aggregate mark. A separate Entrance Examination for two hours will be conducted at the regional center only. Merit list will be made as per rank based on the marks obtained by the applicants in the Entrance Examination.
IBS Mumbai Admission 2025: Now open for admission for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Eligible candidates can apply directly through the official website of university. The process of registration is fully online and based on the entrance exam and students' merits. Apply before the last date of admission, entirely based on the entrance exam, and they accept scores in CAT/GMAT/XAT/NMAT by GMAC are also applicable to apply. Additionally, candidates have to check their eligibility criteria first.

- Step 1. Students have to check eligibility first.
- Step 2. Search for and go to the official website of IBS Mumbai.
- Step 3. Click on the ‘Admission 2026 link’ and search for the program that you want to enroll in.
- Step 4. Tap on ‘Registration Link’ and fill the form with the (Email ID and Phone number) of applicants for login purposes.
- Step 5. After successful registration, the Username and Password are sent to (registered mobile number or via Email address.
- Step 6: Log in to the official portal with the help of the username and password provided by IBS University.
- Step 7. The application form opens after login. Fill the form carefully with valid scanned documents.
- Step 8. Upload all ‘qualifications documents’ in the application form (documents should be scanned)
- Step 9. After filling in the application form. The Payments link opens for the admission fee and program fee. Pay through online payment methods (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, etc.)
- Step 10. After document verification, students can download the program fee receipt and application form.

ICFAI Business School- IBS Mumbai Mumbai Scholarships
ICFAI IBS Mumbai provides scholarships and awards to recognize meritable students in academics and co-curricular activities by means of awards and scholarships, also gives deserving students who may have to opt out of pursuing higher education due to economic reasons.
The student will be awarded a merit scholarship in September each year. In the first year, the scholarship will be decided on the merit of the pre-entry marks, mid-semester test, and attendance in regular classes. Merit scholarships for consecutive years will be decided based on his/her performance in one end-of-semester and two mid-semester examinations of each year.
