Eligibility criteria:-
- MBA-IB: Students must have a bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate marks and 45% for SC/ST/PwD students. Students must pass the CAT exam with valid scores.
- MBA in Business Analytics: Students must have a bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate marks, and Mathematics is a mandatory subject. Students must qualify for the CAT/GMAT with a valid score.
- EPGDM: Students must have a bachelor’s degree with 50% marks.
- IPM: Students must have passed the 12th board.
Admission process 2026:
- Students applying for admission at IIFT Gift City must apply online on the official website of the IIFT.
- Admission to MBA-IB and the MBA in Business Analytics is through the CAT examination.
- Students are shortlisted based on their entrance exam scores, academic merit, gender diversity, and work experience.
- Shortlisted students are asked for a group discussion and a personal interview, which is a necessary step in the admission process.
- The final selection is based on the evaluation of entrance exam scores, academic merit, gender diversity, work experience, and GD & PI.
- Selected students will receive the letter of admission from the institute itself.

IIFT Gift City offers government-based and its own scholarships to needy students, MBA-IB students, reserved category students, and on a merit basis. These scholarships are available to the students of IIFT via the NSP Portal. Find some information on some of the offered scholarships below:-
- Central Sector Scholarship for Top-Class Education: This scholarship is given to the SC students based on their annual parental income.
- Central Sector Scholarship for Higher Education: This scholarship is given to the ST students based on their annual parental income.
- Merit-cum-Means based Scholarship: This scholarship is given to students belonging to minority communities based on their annual parental income.
- NSS New Scholarship Scheme -
This scholarship will be given to 10% of the students who are admitted to the regular programs. For MBA (International Business), MBA (Business Analytics), M.A. (Economics), and IPM Programmes students will be given a 20% academic fee waiver. Furthermore, the family income should be less than INR 8 lakhs annually.
