ISBM has a dedicated placement cell that provides extensive support to deserving students, including pre-placement talks, GD/PI training, aptitude workshops, soft skills development, and assured internships (stipends up to INR 75,000/month in some cases). Strong alumni network and industry ties (especially in Pune/Bangalore hubs) contribute to consistent outcomes, with good ROI for mid-tier PGDM aspirants. 

PGDM Batch 2023-25 (placements reported/completed in 2025), ISB&M delivered strong results with a high placement rate (often 90-100% assistance across reports). The highest package reached INR 20.56 LPA (domestic, offered by top firms), while the average package stood at INR 11.4-11.46 LPA (with some variations by campus, Bangalore at INR 11.46 LPA). The lowest reported was around INR 9 LPA. Over 150-250+ recruiters participated, extending numerous offers (300+ in recent drives), including PPOs from internships.

Top recruiters included HUL, Mahindra, EY, Deloitte, Wipro, Adani Wilmar, Hexaware, Bajaj Allianz, IDFC First Bank, Asian Paints, KPMG, Larsen & Toubro, BNY Mellon, and others from sectors like BFSI (major slice, 24% in some reports), Consulting, FMCG/FMCD, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, and E-Commerce.

Scholarship offered by ISBM for those candidates who are not eligible to pay the fee, and to those who are top performers in their academics. The scholarship only covers the tuition fee, and they can only avail one scholarship at a time; they can't combine the scholarships.

• Merit-Based Scholarship (MBS) 
• It is available to the top 10% of intake, i.e maximum of 42 students.
• Based on your entrance exam, you will benefit from a 100% waiver of almost INR 8,25,000 for CAT/XAT. 
• Inclusive- based Scholarships (IBS)  
• It is available to the 5% of intake, i.e, a maximum of 21 students. 
• According to EWS categories, you will get a 30% waiver, i.e, of INR 2,47,500 for 6 seats.
• For differently abled, you will get a 30% waiver, i.e, of INR 2,47,5000 for 5 seats.
• For sports and faculty ward, you will get a 20% waiver, i.e, of INR 1,65,000 for 5 seats. 

Note*They also provide a scholarship to the 2nd year students based on their first year performance.
