Selection process of admission 2026:-
- Candidates applying for admission at ITM Skill Tech University must apply online and fill out the basic details.
- A unique ID will be assigned by the University and shared with the Candidate’s email.
- Candidates are required to fill out the application fee and pay the program-specific application fee.
- The admission criteria are based on these factors: Academic Merit, Entrance Test Scores, and Personal Interview.
- The eligible Candidate will be further required to take the ITM Skill Tech University Entrance Test, followed by a personal Interview.
- Shortlisted Candidates will further receive an offer letter from the University.
- Candidates must pay the academic fee before the due date.
Eligibility Criteria for the Top Programs are:-
- B.Tech: Candidates must have completed 12th board or equivalent. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are the mandatory subjects. Candidates must qualify Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Challenge entrance exam.
- MBA: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate marks. They must qualify for CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/GMAT.
- Bachelor of Design: Candidates must have completed the 12th board or equivalent.
- PhD: Candidates must have 55% or above marks in a master’s degree.

- ITM Alumni Scholarship: This scholarship supports students who are in the STEM field and will receive a 70% academic fee waiver. And, will get a stipend of INR 3000 monthly.
