Kandi Raj College has an active Students Career Counselling & Placement Cell that dedicatedly works for students employability and provides career guidance to them. The cell also focuses on students’ skill enhancement, and bringing recruitment opportunities. It functions as a key committee under the guidance of college.

Main Functions of the Placement Cell:

• It organises career counselling sessions, workshops, and seminars on employability skills, soft skills, and also helps students in preparing for competitive exams.
• It conducts skill development programs, including 36-hour employability skills workshops and blended-mode of training sessions.
• It provides all the training sessions in collaboration with IQAC.
• It organises campus recruitment drives and connects students with potential employers.
• Tracks placement records and alumni networking for mentorship.
• The placement cell also maintains an ‘Entry-in-Service’ online portal with practice interview questions and mock tests. 

Kandi Raj College is a government-aided college. Hence, it mainly offers state and central government scholarships instead of offering scholarships from institutional fundings. Scholarships are provided with the aim of helping those students who need financial aid and are academically excellent.
