KLE Society’s Law College has a Career Guidance Cell, MENTOR, which works toward students' careers. It aims at training students and providing them job opportunities in leading law firms, MNCs, NGOs, banks, educational institutions, and more. MENTOR plays a pivotal role in providing career guidance to its students. It conducts various workshops and activities such as contract drafting training, professional ethics training, group discussions, and mock interviews for the students.

It makes sure that the students have ample opportunities for internship and jobs in law firms, LPOs, advocates, and companies. The placement Committee draws up the database of students, invites recruiters from over the country for on and off campus placements and organizes pre-placement talks.

KLE Society’s Law College offers scholarship programmes to students who are not financially from a good background. Scholarships are also given with the purpose to encourage education among students. These scholarships are based on different backgrounds. The college also offers financial support through its Endowment Cash Prize and Alumni Cash Prize.
