LPU admission 2026 is a multi-step process, including application, selection rounds, and result declaration. LPUNEST is the official entrance and scholarship exam conducted by the university. The exam is MCQ-based and is moderately difficult. Most students find it easier than exams like BITSAT, JEE Main, CAT, etc. LPU also accepts JEE Main/CUET scores for B.Tech. and candidates with 60% marks in 10+2 (PCM and English) are eligible to apply. For MBA, CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT scores are also accepted, and candidates with 55% marks in a bachelor’s degree can apply.
LPU offers more than 300 degree and diploma courses at the UG, PG, and doctoral levels, along with several distance learning courses via the LPU Centre for Distance & Online Education.

- Step 1- Registration: Visit the official website www.lpu.in and register online by filling in basic details and creating a profile.
- Step 2- Application Form: Complete the online application form, select your desired program, and pay the application fee.
- Step 3- Entrance Exam (LPUNEST): Appear for the LPUNEST exam or submit national-level test scores (like JEE, CAT, NEET, etc.).
- Step 4- Interview / Counselling: Shortlisted candidates may attend an interview or counselling session (as per course requirement)
- Step 5- Admission Offer & Fee Payment: Receive the provisional admission letter and confirm your seat by paying the initial admission fee.

Lovely Professional University-LPU Phagwara Scholarships
Lovely Professional University offers scholarships to students as financial assistance. The university provides scholarships to meritorious students who are dedicated to their academic goals. There are 12 types of scholarships offered to students. Scholarship will be awarded to the candidate only after the verification of original documents. In case candidate is not able to provide the documents within the stipulated time as prescribed by the university, subject to a maximum of 6 months from the last date of admission, then scholarship will not be awarded or may be cancelled, if already awarded.
