There is no formal placement cell inviting companies, as medical students typically move forward through compulsory internship, postgraduate entrance exams such as NEET-PG/NEXT, or by joining hospitals based on their skills and qualifications.

Career guidance is mainly provided by faculty members and through clinical exposure during the course.

• M.M. College of Medical Sciences and Research follows the standard medical education structure with a compulsory one-year rotating internship after MBBS. 

M.M. College of Medical Sciences and Research internship is conducted in the attached government hospital, where students rotate through major departments such as medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, community medicine, and emergency services. 

Interns gain hands-on experience by working in wards, assisting in procedures, and managing patients under supervision.

• Post Matric Scholarship Scheme (SC Category)

Full tuition fee waiver + maintenance allowance (monthly money for food/books).
