To get admission in Nirma University, candidates have to graduate in management or equivalent from any recognised university/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes).

For UG Programs- applicants must have passed 12th from any recognised board. 

Entrance Examination:- JEE Main / GUJCET (B.Tech), CAT / NMAT / CMAT (MBA), CLAT (Law), NATA. 

Online Admission Procedure:- 

• Step 1. Registration- Search for the official. Click on the new admission link and register there with valid information such as the candidate's Name, Father's Name, Aadhar numbers, Phone number, and Email ID.
• Step 2. Log in on the admission page- After successful registration, the university will send the username and password for login on the students' portal.
• Step 3. Fill out the Application form—fill out valid information such as Name, Address, phone number, and qualification documents in the application form.
• Step 4. Documents Upload- Qualification documents such as 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet, Aadhar card, etc. uploaded carefully in the application. (Scanned documents).
• Step 5. Payments- Pay the application fee and the Course fee through online payment methods (UPI, debit card, credit card, etc.)
• Step 6. Confirmation- complete your application process with the fee and confirm the admission procedure.
• Step 7. Download- Fee receipt and Acknowledgement Receipt download.

List of Required Documents

During the filling of the application form, some required documents need to be uploaded. List of such required qualifications and personal documents given below-

Personal Documents-

• Passport-sized photograph
• Signature of applicants
• Aadhar Card
• Caste Certificate (if required)
• Transfer Certificate
• Income certificate

Qualification Documents-

• 10th marksheet or certificate
• Provisional certificate
• 10+2 marksheet or certificate
• Degree certificate or marksheet

Note* If any original document of a student is found to be fake or fabricated, or defective, her/his entire admission process will be cancelled without any prior notice in this regard.
