Admissions are primarily conducted through KCET, COMEDK UGET, PGCET, and other relevant entrance examinations. Eligible candidates must participate in the counselling process and complete document verification before securing admission to their preferred programme.

Eligibility Criteria for All Programs at P.E.S. College of Engineering (PESCE), Mandya

PESCE Mandya offers B.E./B.Tech (UG), M.Tech, MBA, MCA (PG), and Ph.D. programs. Eligibility follows VTU, AICTE, and Karnataka Government norms. Relaxations (usually 5%) apply for SC/ST/Category-I candidates as per state rules.

B.E./B.Tech (4 Years)

• Eligibility: Passed 10+2 (PUC/CBSE or equivalent) with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects, plus one of Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Electronics, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational subject.
• Minimum Marks: 45% aggregate in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) for General category; 40% for SC/ST/Category-I.
• Entrance Exam: Valid score in KCET or COMEDK UGET 

M.Tech (2 Years)

• Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant/specialized branch with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/Category-I).
• Entrance Exam: Valid GATE score (preferred) or Karnataka PGCET.
• Specializations: CSE, Machine Design, VLSI & Embedded Systems, CAD Structures (Civil), etc.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) – 2 Years

• Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
• Entrance Exam: Karnataka PGCET / KMAT / CAT / MAT / CMAT (or equivalent).

Master of Computer Applications (MCA) – 2 Years

• Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree (BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / B.E. or equivalent) with minimum 50% marks. Mathematics must be studied at 10+2 or graduation level.
• Entrance Exam: Karnataka PGCET or KMAT.

Admission Process for B.E./B.Tech (2026 Intake)

1. Meet Eligibility Criteria: for both UG and PG Course. 
2. Appear for Entrance Exam: KCET and COMEDK UGET and register and appear for the exam as per official schedules.
3. Register for Counselling: For KCET and For COMEDK
4. Seat allotment is based on rank, category, and seat availability.
5. Seat Allotment & Confirmation: Check allotment results online. Pay the prescribed fees (tuition + other charges) within the deadline to confirm the seat. Download the allotment letter.
6. Reporting to College & Document Verification: Report to PESCE Mandya campus with original documents. Complete document verification and admission formalities. Pay any remaining balance fees (aided quota is much lower; management quota is higher). Collect admission confirmation and ID.
