Rajagiri Business School has a dedicated Placement Cell that operates as an integral part of the Office of Corporate Relations (OCR). The cell focuses on coordinating final placements, summer internships, industry interactions, associations with professional bodies, and comprehensive career support for students, primarily for the PGDM program. 

The placement cell is led by the Director, Assistant Director, and Executives of OCR. It is supported by a student placement committee selected from the student body. Its responsibility is to handle pre-placement training, long-term recruiter relationship building, career counselling, positioning strategy, policy framing with faculty, and execution of summer/final placements.

Placement process:

• Companies conduct pre-placement talks, tests, group discussions, and interviews.
• The cell provides full support to recruiters at every stage.
• Focus on matching the right candidate to roles, not just "jobs for all."

Key Activities of the Placement Cell:

• The Placement cell plans, organises, and executes the entire placement process for final jobs and mandatory summer internships.
• It manages recruiter visits, pre-placement talks, tests, group discussions, interviews and offer letter distribution. 
• It maintains ongoing partnerships with companies to ensure consistent campus presence and promotes the institute’s talent pool to attract top organisations from sectors like consulting, BFSI, IT/ITES, FMCG, and more. 
• It provides personalised career guidance to help students define goals and create their Individual Development Plan (IDP). 
• The cell conducts pre-placement training programs, workshops, seminars and sessions focusing on aptitude, logical reasoning, group discussions, personal interviews, resume building, communication skills, and corporate etiquette.
