Eligibility Criteria:-
- B.Tech: Candidates must have cleared the 12th board with 50% aggregate marks, and Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are the mandatory subjects. Candidates must qualify for the JEE Main exam for admission.
- MBA: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate marks and 45% for the SC/ST candidates. Also, valid scores of CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT are accepted for admission.
- M.Tech: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate marks, and a GATE exam qualification is required.
- BSc: Candidates must have completed their 12th board with 50% aggregate marks. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology are the mandatory subjects.
- BEd: Candidates are required to complete their bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate marks and 45% for the SC/ST candidates. The admission process also includes submission of an application form, an extempore, a personal interview, and a statement of purpose (SOP).
Admission process 2026:-
- Candidates must fill out the application form available on the official website of the Roorkee Institute of Technology.
- Candidates are required to pay INR 500 for the registration fee.
- Candidates will be screened based on their academic qualifications and entrance exam scores.
- Candidates will be shortlisted, and a merit list will be out.
- The Candidate would be required to complete document verification and submit other required documents.

- MBA Merit Scholarship: Scholarship is given to students based on their merit in graduation.
They are given INR 30,000 if 80% or above, given INR 25,000 if 70%-79.9%, and given INR 15,000 if 60%-69.9%. - Martyr Scholarship: Scholarship is given to the wards/grandchildren of martyrs; they are given INR 50,000 as a scholarship.
