The University has a Central Placement Center which was established in 2006 to cater to the needs of students to face the competitive job market. Student counselling and career services have become the need of “Hour” for the students graduating in a wide variety of disciplines. The objective of the Central Placement Cell is to bridge the gap between eligibility and employability by providing necessary training so that students get recruited in renowned National and International Companies/Organizations. CPC is the official arbitrator for campus placement in various organizations, corporate world, industries, and private sector.

• Auditoriums of sufficient capacity to conduct pre-placement presentations.
• Interview rooms.
• Fully computerized office.
• Infrastructure to support online and written, screening tests

The Central Placement Cell coordinates placements very well for on-campus departments amnd supports affiliated colleges. It focuses on activities such as career counselling, skill development training, soft skills, mock interview and resume building workshops, inviting companies for drives and pre-placemet talks, resume shortlisting, and internship opportunities. 

Shivaji University offers limited University-specific Scholarships and also facilitates multiple state and central government schemes. It primarily offers meritorious, economically weaker, and reserved category scholarships. The scholarship is offered to encourage academic excellence among students and support deserving students with financially lacked resources.
