Types of Scholarships Available:

• Financial Aid: Financial aid is available to students at entry level, i.e. while applying for admission to a programme under any of the SVU institutes. While admission to a programme is based on academics, extracurricular activities and other criteria as prescribed, financial aid is assessed entirely on the basis of the financial standing and need of the student / student's family. Aid will be applicable to the entire course duration. 

• Somaiya Scholarships: The Somaiya Scholarship is an opportunity offered to all Somaiya Vidyavihar and Ayurvihar students pursuing different courses from diploma to degree. The scholarship is designed to provide tuition assistance to hard-working, meritorious students with financial needs. Scholarships offered are merit-cum-need-based, benevolent scholarship, grow-beyond-yourself scholarship, Anand Rathi scholarship, and many more.

• Institutional Scholarships: Various scholarships are available for B.Tech as well as M.Tech students. Some of them include industry-sponsored scholarships for UG, People United for Students’ Help for UG, merit-based scholarship policy, etc.
