The CCD- Career Development department or Traning and Placement of Sparsh Global Business School aims to providing 100% placement assistance to its students. The experienced team of CCD works with students to provide opportunities for professional development such as trainings, one-to -one sessions on career counselling, workshops etc to develop their competencies in the following areas from 1st trimester onwards only:

Career and life Goals: The CECA team will have on-to-one sessions and will conduct assessment with students to identify their strength, interest and skills and design the right career path;
Career Workshop: Based on their strength, interest and skills, CECA team shall help them to match and develop right skill-sets required for corporate and entrepreneurial ventures;
Professional Networking: To guide students in developing and enhancing their professional network;
AI Enabled Resume Building: At Sparsh Global Business School we help you through our AI tool to prepare impactful resume, Career Objective and drafting effective cover letters.
AI Enabled Simulated Interview tool: To beat the anxiety of what questions you may be asked at an interview and what to be prepared for, our AI enabled interview simulator tool helps you prepare by simulating general interview or industry specific interviews.

Scholarship based on the marks in Exams:
50% of Tuition fee as scholarship for candidates who have scored:
- CAT 80 percentile and above
- MAT, ATMA, CMAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT- 90 percentile and above
- GMAT- 700+ and above

Girl Student/ North East/ UTs/ Defence Personnel/ War Widows/ EWS with 70% and above in Graduation - 25% of Tuition fee (Scholarship)
