There is no separate NRI/Management Quota with high donation fees. All seats are filled only through KEA counselling. St. Johns Medical College Bengaluru Urban Placements 2026

Latest St. Johns Medical College placement records — average salary, highest package & top recruiters.

St. John's Medical College in Bangalore has a strong track record of supporting its graduates as they step into the medical field. Most MBBS students complete their compulsory one-year internship at the attached St. John's Medical College Hospital, which gives them solid hands-on experience before they decide their next move. According to the latest NIRF data for 2024-25, the median package for MBBS graduates stands at INR 5.5 LPA, while PG 3-year courses like MD/MS record a higher median of INR 13.5 LPA.

Many students prefer to pursue higher studies such as MD, MS, or super-specialty programs rather than taking up immediate jobs right after MBBS. Those who join clinical practice often start working at the college's own multi-specialty hospital or get placed in reputed private hospitals and healthcare chains across India. The institution's excellent reputation and extensive alumni network help fresh doctors find good opportunities in both clinical and academic roles. Placement support is more about career guidance, internship facilitation, and building professional skills than traditional campus recruitment drives seen in engineering colleges.
