Gautam Buddha University has a well-defined Corporate Relations Cell (CRC) which is also called as the Training and Placement Cell. This serves as the main communication channel between students, faculty and the industry. The cell offers 100% placement, career guidance, internship and industrial interaction facilities to all schools within the university.

Functions and Activities:

• Pre-placement training: Skill-gap assessment, resume preparation workshops, soft skills development, mock interviews, group discussion sessions, aptitude and technical training.
• Internships and projects: Assists students in obtaining summer internships and projects at organizations like NSIC, CSIR, TERI, and others corporate firms.
• Campus Placements: Conducts Companies for pre-placement talks, Aptitude/technical tests, Group Discussion rounds and Personal interview rounds.
• Industrial interaction: Organizes seminars, industrial visits, guest lectures, and job fairs (mega campus drives with the collaboration of Ministry of Labour & Employment and FICCI).
• Guidance in higher education: Helps students who choose to pursue higher education and competitive examination.
• Process throughout the year: Divided into phases – skill mapping (July-September), technical training (October-December), campus drives (January-March), and internship/higher education support (April-June).
