The Placement cell at Baburaoji Gholap College acts as a contact place and facilitator to arrange campus visits and also conducts recruitment process of the prospective employers for the purposeful placement of graduating and post-graduating students of the college. They provides pre-placemen training, career counselling, seminars, expert lectures, career guidance, and internship opportunities. It acts as the bridge between students and industry for recruitment drives and job fairs.

The cell also seeks opportunities for the betterment of institute and industry interaction through participation in institute industry interaction programs and by inviting experts from the industry and related fields to deliver guest lectures on various aspects and also guides students for their better placement and careers.
