Admission process at ECET for UG and PG courses is mentioned below, along with their eligibility and selection process. 

B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology), eligibility

• Must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
• Minimum aggregate marks are generally around 45% for general category (some sources say 40–45% depending on regulatory norms) and relaxed for reserved categories.
• Candidates who have appeared in 10+2 and are awaiting results may apply provisionally.
• Diploma holders are eligible for lateral entry (2nd year) if they meet diploma qualifications.

Selection Process

• AP EAPCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy Common Entrance Test) score is the main basis for admissions.
• Students must attend state counselling (APSCHE) and fill out web options to get a seat in ECET.
• Some seats may also be filled via management quota, which may have slightly different criteria/fees (check with ECET admissions office).

Minimum Age

Candidates typically should be 16 years or older by 31 December of the admission year.
 

M.Tech (Master of Technology / ME), eligibility

• Must have completed B.E./B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized AICTE/UGC approved institution.
• Typically, 50% aggregate marks for general category, with relaxation to 45% for reserved categories.
• Final year students may apply provisionally.

Selection Process

• AP PGECET (Andhra Pradesh Postgraduate Engineering Common Entrance Test) score is commonly used for admission.

Some colleges also accept GATE score for M.Tech admissions.
 

MBA (Master of Business Administration), eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3/4) in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Minimum marks usually 45–50% aggregate (varies with category).
• Final year degree students may apply provisionally.

Selection Process

• AP ICET (Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test) is the primary exam accepted for MBA admissions.
• Some aspirants may also be considered based on other valid national/state exams, such as CAT/MAT (subject to college policy).
• Personal interview (PI) and group discussion (GD) may be part of the final selection for some seats.
