M. S. College of Law Admission Process
Admission Process at M. S. College of Law for 5-Year B.L.S. LL.B must have passed 10 + 2 / HSC from a recognised board, with a minimum 45 % aggregate marks. For the 3-Year LL.B, one must have a graduation degree from a recognised university; graduation marks also influence eligibility and seat allotment.
Register & take the Entrance Test (MH-CET Law)
Admissions to both law programs involve the MH-CET Law exam conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra.
- MH-CET Law is mandatory for first-year admissions for law courses in Maharashtra.
- You must register online for MH-CET Law through the Maharashtra CET Cell portal within the prescribed dates.
After registering, appear for the MH-CET Law exam on the scheduled date.
*Candidates who don’t appear in MH-CET Law generally are not eligible for the admission rounds.
Participate in Centralised Admission Process (CAP)
Once MH-CET Law results are declared,
- Fill the CAP application form online through the Maharashtra CET Cell website.
- Upload scanned documents and enter preferences of colleges (including M.S. College of Law, Thane).
- Submit documents for verification at a designated Admission Reporting Centre (ARC).
- Final merit lists are published based on MH-CET Law score and preferences.
- Seats are allotted during CAP rounds (Round 1, 2, Mop-Up, etc.).
Seat Allotment & Offer Letter
- If you are allotted a seat in M.S. College of Law during the CAP rounds, you will receive an offer letter through the CET Cell portal.
- Accept the seat within the given time frame and report to the college physically.
- You must submit necessary original documents and pay the admission fees as per notification.
