B.Arch Eligibility Criteria: Passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. Minimum aggregate marks required 50% for the general category, and for reserved category students need to pass with 45% aggregate marks. Valid scores in national-level entrance exams are NATA, conducted by COA, or JEE Main Paper 2A (B.Arch). Diploma holders in relevant fields may also be eligible in some cases.

M.Arch Eligibility Criteria- Applicants who have successfully passed their bachelor's degree from any recognised university can get admission in this program. 

Online Admission Process (Step-by-Step for 2026 Intake)

• Step 1. Appear for Entrance Exam: Register and appear for NATA 2026 (tentative application release in February 2026; exams ongoing/multiple sessions) or JEE Main 2026 Paper 2A.
• Step 2. Check Results and Prepare Documents: Obtain a valid score/rank from NATA or JEE Main. Gather required documents: 10th/12th marksheets, entrance scorecard, category certificate (if applicable), etc.
• Step 3. Register for Counselling: Admissions are through the Telangana state centralised process via TGCHE (Telangana Council of Higher Education).
