Student Mutual Aid Fund
The college helps students via a mutual aid fund for financial assistance. This fund is particularly helpful for economically weaker students. 

Government Scholarships
Students can apply for government scholarships, state / central, like post-matric scholarships for SC / ST / OBC. Minority scholarships are also available (Christian minority quota) per the college’s internal support structure. 

Internal / Institutional Scholarships
There are internal endowment / alumni-funded scholarships or fee concessions based on merit or need. Scholarships for visually challenged students: Wilson’s Andrews Vision Centre provides financial support for education and accommodation for differently-abled / visually challenged students. A “Smt. Kaushalya & Shri Kahan Chand Nayar Scholarship” exists (donated by Ms. Shobha Nayar) to support deserving girl students. For microbiology students: Prema Arya Scholarship (for 2nd / 3rd year) and Vikrant Khanvilkar Scholarship (for highest marks) are mentioned. 

External / CSR-Driven Scholarships
Help the Blind Foundation gives scholarships to visually-challenged students at Wilson College. Sterling Wilson (CSR) donated for support — this may be linked to scholarship / financial aid as per college reports.
