The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has started the Phase 1 centralised web counselling registration for AP ICET 2026 (for MBA and MCA admissions under the Convenor quota in universities and affiliated private colleges across Andhra Pradesh for the 2026-27 academic year). Processing Fee (Non-Refundable)

  • OC/BC candidates: INR 1,200
  • SC/ST/PH candidates: INR 600

Payment is accepted online via credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI. Note any failed transactions for possible refund processing within working days.

Required Documents

Keep scanned copies (clear, preferably PDF) ready for upload. Originals will be needed later for physical reporting. Key documents include:

  • SSC (Class 10) or equivalent Marks Memo (for date of birth)

Special category candidates (PH, NCC, CAP, Sports) may need to attend physical verification at designated Help Line Centres (HLCs).

Step-by-Step Registration & Counselling Process

  1. Visit the official counselling portal: cap.apcfss.in.
  2. Click the AP ICET 2026 counselling registration link and log in using your AP ICET hall ticket number and date of birth.
  3. Complete registration (enter personal, academic, and Aadhaar details; generate and confirm OTP).
  4. Pay the non-refundable processing fee online.
  5. Upload scanned copies of required certificates for online verification.
  6. After successful verification, enter and prioritise web options (preferred colleges and courses) starting August 27.
  7. Seat allotment is based on rank/merit, category, local/non-local status, and choices.
  8. Download the provisional allotment order, complete online self-reporting, and physically report to the allotted college with originals between September 8–11.

Eligibility basics: Indian nationals meeting local/non-local status rules; minimum qualifying marks in the degree (typically 50% for OC, 45% for reserved categories); specific degree requirements for MBA vs MCA (including Mathematics where needed for MCA). Qualifying AP ICET and obtaining a rank does not guarantee a seat—all eligibility conditions must be met.
