The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has officially released the counselling schedule for AP ICET 2026. Qualified candidates can now participate in the centralised web counselling process for admission to MBA and MCA programmes under the Convener quota in universities and private colleges across Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2026-27.
The entire process will be conducted online through the official counselling portal cap.apcfss.in. Registration and payment of the processing fee will begin on 24 August 2026 and continue till 31 August 2026.

Processing Fee
- OC / BC candidates: INR 1,200 – INR 1,250
- SC / ST / PH candidates: INR 600 – INR 650
The fee is non-refundable and can be paid online via credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an Indian national and satisfy local/non-local status norms of Andhra Pradesh.
- MBA: Any 3-year bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with minimum 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST/BC).
- MCA: Graduation of minimum 3 years (BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.A, B.Tech, etc.) with Mathematics at Intermediate or degree level preferred; same percentage criteria apply.
All candidates who have been awarded a rank in AP ICET 2026 are eligible to register.

- SSC / 10th marks memo
- Intermediate / Diploma marks memo
- Degree consolidated marks memo and Provisional / Original Degree certificate
- Study certificates (Class 9/10 to Degree)
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- EWS certificate (valid for 2026-27, if applicable)
- Residence / Income certificates as required
- Special category certificates (PH, NCC, CAP, Sports) if claiming reservation
Special category candidates may need to attend physical verification at designated Help Line Centres.
How the Counselling Works
- Register and pay the fee on cap.apcfss.in using Hall Ticket number and Date of Birth.
- Upload documents for online verification.
- Enter web options (preferred colleges and courses) in order of priority.
- Check seat allotment result.
- Report physically to the allotted college with original documents and pay the college fee to confirm admission.

Who can participate in the counselling?
