The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Admit Cards in phases for the January 2026 exams.
Key Updates:
- Admit Cards for Exams on January 21, 22, 23, and 24, 2026 — Released on January 17, 2026. Candidates appearing on these dates can download their hall tickets.
- Admit Cards for Exams on January 28 and 29, 2026 — Not yet released (as per latest NTA notices). They will be issued in due course, expected soon (likely by January 24-25 or a few days before the exam). NTA has confirmed that these will be made available on the official website.
- Exam Dates (Session 1): January 21 to 30, 2026 (with specific dates for Paper 1 – B.E./B.Tech on Jan 21-24 & 28; Paper 2 – B.Arch/B.Planning on Jan 29).

How to Download JEE Main 2026 Admit Card:
- Visit the official website: https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/
- Click on the link for "Admit Card for JEE (Main)-2026 [Session-I]" or similar (under Candidate Activity).
- Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth/Password.
- Submit and download the admit card (PDF format).
Take a printout and carry it to the exam center along with a valid photo ID.
Important Instructions from NTA:
- Download the admit card well in advance.
- Verify all details (name, roll number, exam center, date, time, photo, signature).
- Report any discrepancies immediately to NTA helpdesk.
- Carry admit card + photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) to the exam hall.
- Follow COVID/other guidelines if mentioned.
- Admit cards for later dates (Jan 28-29) will be released separately – keep checking the website.
