JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Registration Date OUT: LIVE Updates and other Key Details

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially confirmed that the registration for JEE Main 2026 Session 2 (April attempt) will begin tomorrow, February 1, 2026

The official website jeemain.nta.nic.in will host the application form, check the "Public Notices" or "Latest News" section tomorrow for the direct link and invitation notice. As of now (late Jan 31), the portal focuses on Session 1 (admit cards, city intimation for ongoing January exams), but Session 2 registration is expected to go live promptly on Feb 1.

 

Key Dates for JEE Main 2026 Session 2:

  • Registration Last Date: February 25, 2026 (apply early to avoid last-minute issues; no extensions likely)

Who Can Apply?

  • Candidates who appeared in Session 1 (January 2026) or missed it.
  • Eligibility: Passed/appearing in Class 12 (or equivalent) in 2024, 2025, or 2026 with Physics, Mathematics, and one of Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject.
  • No age limit, but attempts limited (up to 3 consecutive years).
  • For B.E./B.Tech (Paper 1), B.Arch (Paper 2A), B.Planning (Paper 2B).
