Expected Cutoff Trends (Round 3)
Cutoffs are expected to rise slightly compared to Round 2 in popular branches. Here are general observations from previous rounds:
- IITs: CSE closing ranks remain very competitive (IIT Bombay ~60–80, IIT Delhi ~100–120, IIT Madras ~150–200 for Open category).
- NITs: Top NITs CSE closing ranks in 1,000–5,000 range for Open category.
- IIITs & GFTIs: Relatively higher closing ranks (more accessible).
