How to Fill the NEET 2026 Application Form (Step-by-Step – Expected Process)

Once live, follow these steps on neet.nta.nic.in:

  1. Visit neet.nta.nic.in → Click “New Registration” / “Apply Online for NEET (UG) – 2026”.
  2. Read the instructions and information bulletin carefully.
  3. Register by entering basic details (name, mobile number, email, date of birth, etc.) → Create password and receive application number via SMS/email.
  4. Log in with application number and password.
  5. Fill personal, academic, and contact details (Class 10 & 12 info, parent details, address, category, etc.).
  6. Upload scanned documents:
    • Recent passport-size photograph
    • Signature
    • Left thumb impression
    • Class 10 certificate
    • Category certificate (if applicable)
    • PwBD certificate (if applicable)
    • Aadhaar / other ID proof (Follow exact size/format mentioned — NTA may introduce live photo capture in 2026).
  7. Select preferred exam city (4–5 choices).
