Expected Cutoff Marks (SBI Clerk Mains 2025-26)
Cutoffs are released along with or after the result and vary by state/UT and category.
Here are the most commonly predicted ranges for General (UR) category (out of 200 marks):
- High cutoff states (Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Maharashtra): 75-86
- Medium cutoff states (Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh): 68-78
- Lower cutoff states (North-East states, Andaman & Nicobar, Arunachal Pradesh): 35-70
Note: Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) usually have 5-15 marks lower than General cutoff. Final cutoffs depend on exam difficulty, number of vacancies, and overall performance.
Next Steps After the Result
- Candidates who qualify in the mains will be called for the Language Proficiency Test (LPT) (if applicable)
- Final selection is based on main marks + LPT clearance
- Document verification and medical examination follow
