Enam Medical College does not follow a conventional campus placement system. Instead, it places strong emphasis on comprehensive clinical training in its 1000-bed multi-specialty teaching hospital. Students begin gaining practical experience from the third year onward and receive extensive exposure in departments such as Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, and various super-specialties.
