OLFU does not have a traditional corporate placement system. It focuses on producing clinically competent doctors through rigorous training.

• Clinical Training: Extensive rotations in the university’s own hospitals and affiliated medical centers with high patient volume.

• Internship: Mandatory clinical clerkship/internship in the final year covering all major specialties.

• Career Outcomes: Graduates receive the Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. Indian graduates are eligible for FMGE/NEXT. OLFU has one of the better FMGE success records among Philippine universities. Many alumni successfully clear licensing exams and practice in India or pursue PG studies abroad (USA, UK, India, etc.).
