Southern Medical College Khulshi Admission 2026- Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Admission to Southern Medical College follows guidelines set by the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, and Chittagong Medical University. It is open to both national and international (self-financed) students. The process emphasizes academic merit, NEET qualification (for Indians), and document verification. Annual intake is around 65 seats.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age: 17 years as on 31st December of the admission year.

• 10+2/HSC or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (minimum 50-60% aggregate in PCB as per BMDC rules; higher for competitive seats).

• NEET qualification is mandatory for Indian students.

• Valid passport and other supporting documents for foreign applicants.

• No IELTS/TOEFL required.

Admission Intake: September–October intake.
