Uttara Adhunik Medical College Admission Process
Admission to Uttara Adhunik Medical College follows the guidelines of the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, and University of Dhaka. The process is open to Bangladeshi nationals and international (self-financed) students. It emphasises academic eligibility, NEET qualification (for Indians), and proper document verification.
Eligibility of Applicants: First-year MBBS admission is done as per the criteria of the Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOH&FW), Government of Bangladesh.
Selection & Admission Procedure: The DGME releases admission circulars for private medical colleges. Successful candidates, selected through a competitive examination, are eligible for online admission via the DGME portal. Final selection is based on merit and preference.
Student Quota: UAMC has 90 seats for 1st-year MBBS as per DG Health. Five percent (5%) are reserved for poor and meritorious students. Free studentship is awarded to a few students based on merit and financial condition.

Submit required documents: academic transcripts, NEET scorecard, passport copies, photographs, etc.
