Xinjiang Medical University does not follow a traditional campus placement system. It provides excellent clinical training and career preparation:

• Clinical Training & Internship: The 6-year MBBS includes a compulsory 1-year internship. Students train in 8 directly affiliated hospitals (many Grade-A tertiary) + 18 teaching hospitals and 95+ internship bases. This offers high patient volume, diverse cases (including regional diseases), and hands-on experience in all major specialities.

• Strong emphasis on practical skills, diagnostics, surgery assistance, and patient management.

Career Pathways After Graduation:

• Practice in home country after clearing licensing exams (FMGE/NEXT for India).
