Aditya Institute of Management and Research has a active and dedicated Placement Cell that provides comprehensive and immense support to students’ careers through various activities, workshops, and by conducting yearly placement drives. It provides pre-placement training which generally includes resume building, mock interviews, group lectures, and career counselling sessions. The institute also emphasizes internships which fte leads to PPOs.  It also organises guest lectures, corporate live projects and industry study treks.

The Placement cell collaborates with more than 500 recruiters across various sectors like Banking & Finance, IF, FMCG, Marketing, Consulting, and more. The roles that are offered to students depends on their performance in interview and academics Some preferred job roles are Consultant, Marketing Executive, Operations Manager, Business Development Associate/Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, Financial Analyst, Credit Analyst, Relationship Manager, Wealth Management Associate, and many others.

The institute does not offer direct institute-funded scholarships for its programmes. However, students can apply for various external scholarships if they are fulfilling eligibility criteria. Students can also apply for government schemes. 

These scholarships are provided to students to award their academic excellence, and support financially weaker students. Scholarships are limited and competitive. It is necessary to fulfil all the requirements. Amount, eligibility, and availability are not fixed.
