BNCET, Lucknow, has a dedicated Training and Placement Cell that manages all placement-related activities in the college. The cell works as a bridge between students and recruiting companies by organising campus recruitment drives, internship opportunities, industrial visits, and guest lectures by industry experts. It also provides career guidance, job notifications, and industry exposure to help students build professional skills.

Additionally, college records an average placement rate of around 60–80% every year, depending on the course and student performance. The highest salary package offered to students is approximately INR 10–12 LPA, mainly for Computer Science and IT students. The average salary package ranges between INR 3–4 LPA, while the lowest package offered is around INR 2–2.5 LPA. Technical branches like Computer Science and Information Technology generally achieve higher placement opportunities.

Also, both on-campus and off-campus placement support is provided by the college. Students are guided for higher studies, competitive exams, and entrepreneurship through mentoring and career counselling sessions. Merit-Based Scholarship offered to students with high marks in 12th or qualifying exam. Also, UP State Government Scholarship is available for UP domicile students. Categories covered are SC / ST, OBC, General (Economically Weaker Section), and Minority students includes Tuition fee reimbursement, Maintenance allowance, and Apply through UP Scholarship Portal. Fee Waiver Scheme for students with low family income provides partial or full tuition fee waiver with limited seats. Central Government Scholarships eligible students can also apply for NSP (National Scholarship Portal) schemes, Minority scholarships, Pragati Scholarship for girls, and Saksham Scholarship (for specially-abled students).
