C Z Patel College of Business and Management’s Placement Cell drives placements with a focus on 100% assistance. It also includes mandatory 5 month paid internships and 2 week NGO immersions for real-world exposure.

The Placement cell ensures robust career opportunities, emphasizing pre placement training (PPT). PPT covers aptitude tests, GD/PI, resume building, development sessions, and industry simulations. 

More than 65 recruiters participate annually, targeting new-age roles in Hospitality, FMCG, Tourism, E-Commerce, Banking, Finance, and marketing. Placement processes include Training phase, Internships, and Campus Drives. To be eligible for Placement drives, students must have secured 6.0+ CGPA, 75% attendance, and no backlogs. Some of the top profiles offered to students during placement drives are Hotel Operations Trainee, Front Desk Executive, Management Trainee - Food & Beverage, Guest Relations Executive, Operations Associate, Relationship Officer, Credit Analyst, Sales Executive, Marketing Trainee, etc.
