Delhi College of Arts & Commerce has an active and dedicated placement cell, which is commonly known as Broadway. It acts as a bridge between students and the corporate world. Its placement cell is regarded as one of the top placement cells among DU colleges, with consistent efforts to enhance employability. 

Key Activities:

• It organises campus recruitment drives and internship fair (Aagaz).
• It conducts PPTs (pre-placement talks) to introduce roles, culture, and processes. 
• It maintains a strong alumni network for referrals and opportunities.
• It facilitates internships.
• It shares regular hib or internship notifications via email, college groups and other platforms.
• It runs skill development programs such as resume building workshops, aptitude and reasoning training, mock interviews and group discussions, personality development sessions, seminars, guest lectures, and so on.

Job roles offered to students in recruitment drives are based on students’ performance in interviews, their skills, experiences, academic performance, and some other factors. They are offered roles in diverse sectors like Consulting, IT, Analytics & Research, Media, Journalism & Content, Education & EdTech, Logistics, E-Commerce, etc. 

The Delhi College of Arts & Commerce provides several scholarship opportunities to support meritorious, economically weaker and reserved category students. These include both college-specific and endowment scholarships, often through private trusts or DU-affiliated schemes. Apart from scholarships, it also offers internal freeships and waivers for EWS, reserved categories, and meritorious students.

They also need to submit some documents like income certificate, caste certificate, marksheets, bank details, etc.
