Placement Cell at college has an active Training & Placement Cell that coordinates recruitment activities. It provides students with career counselling, industry exposure, and internship guidance. Regular mock interviews, CV review sessions, and communication workshops are conducted. Highest Package is INR 8–10 LPA, and Average Package is INR 3–4.5 LPA for most UG programs.
 

Placement Drives & Activities Annual placement drives are organized within the campus. Recruiters conduct online tests, group discussions, HR rounds, and technical evaluations. The college also collaborates with the University of Delhi Central Placement Cell (CPC) for more opportunities. The placement cell encourages students to learn Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics, communication, and aptitude preparation. Online training sessions and industry-led seminars are regularly conducted.

Deshbandhu College offers multiple financial assistance schemes, merit scholarships, and fee concessions to support students academically and financially. Fee Concession Scheme is for colleges to provide annual fee concessions to deserving students. Around 20% of students may receive partial or full concessions based on financial need, and applicants must submit income proof and previous academic records. Merit-Based Scholarship with strong academic performance can apply for merit scholarships, awarded based on High marks in previous examinations, Overall academic excellence and Consistent performance in college. Financial Assistance Fund at Deshbandhu College has an internal Financial Assistance Fund that supports economically weaker students, students with good academic standing, and students who submit valid supporting documents (income proof, marksheets).
