Government Medical College Placement Overview

Government Medical College, Parbhani, does not have a traditional Placement Cell like engineering colleges. There are no campus placements or company recruiters. After completing the 4.5-year MBBS course, every student must do a compulsory one-year rotating internship (CRMI) at the attached teaching hospital. During this internship, students get practical training in all major departments. Interns receive a monthly stipend as per Maharashtra Government rules. After finishing MBBS and an internship, graduates have to serve a compulsory rural service bond of 1-2 years in government hospitals. Most students either prepare for NEET PG or join government medical services. Government Medical College, Parbhani, follows the standard Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship (CRMI) of 12 months as per NMC and Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) guidelines.
