The Placement Cell is also referred to as the Career Guidance and Placement Cell. It dedicatedly bridges the gap between students and the industry. It actively facilitates campus recruitment drives, skill development, and career counselling for final-year UG and PG students. Placements here generally begin in the 6th semester for UG courses and 4th semester for PG courses.

• Pre-Placement Training which includes aptitude tests, group discussions, mock interviews, resume building, and soft skills workshops
• Career guidance through seminars, workshops, and guest lectures on career opportunities.
• Campus Drives that also includes alumnae-led drives
• Internship support to enhance practical exposure

Job offers are given to students on the basis of their academic excellence and student’s performance in the interview conducted by recruiters. The College streamlines applications for government schemes. It also provides its own financial aid for economically weaker and meritorious students. Scholarships are primarily merit-based, need-based, or category-specific following Tamil Nadu guidelines.
