About IIT Scholarships

IIT Roorkee offers merit-based and need-based scholarships to support students financially and reward them. The institute provides financial assistance and allows students to continue their education. Find some of the scholarship details below:-

Merit Cum Means Scholarship: Eligibility - Students who belong to General, EWS, or OBC categories enrolled in B.Tech, B.Arch, IDD, IMT, IMS, or BS-MS programs and admitted via JEE Advanced or IIT JAM.
James Thomason Scholarship: Eligibility - Students who are enrolled in B.Tech, B.Arch, IDD, IMT, IMS, BS-MS, and admitted through JEE Advanced.
INSPIRE SHE Scholarship : Eligibility - Students who are in their 2nd to 5th year of Integrated M.Sc. programs in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics.
Dr. S.K. Goel and Mrs. Kusum Goel Scholarship: Eligibility: For the 1st year B.Tech students from the General and OBC categories, and whose family income is between INR 5 lakh to INR 6 lakh annually.
