Candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology from a recognised board.
Minimum aggregate marks required are 45% for Unreserved category candidates.
Minimum aggregate marks required are 40% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates, as per Chhattisgarh state norms.
Candidates must have passed separately in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology (both theory and practical).

Admission to D.Pharm is merit-based and conducted through state-level counselling organised by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Chhattisgarh.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), to be eligible for admission to the B.Pharm (4-year undergraduate) program,

Candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology from a recognised board.
