Janhit College of Law has a dedicated Placement Cell that organises for all the dedicated students who have successfully passed their academics with maximum aggregate marks. The college provides campus drives, internships, workshops, and career guidance for all dedicated students. However, placements are moderate compared to top NLUs or private law schools, as many students opt for litigation, judiciary preparation, or further studies (LL.M.). On-campus recruitment is limited most opportunities come through internships, alumni networks, and off-campus applications.

Placement rates are 40-60% on-campus + assisted placements and higher with good internships. Students have the opportunity to get placed in top MNCs such as Local law firms, courts, Genpact, IBM, and Infosys. Top job roles after graduating from LLB and BA LLB are JuniLocal law firms, courts, Genpact, IBM, Infosysor Advocate / Associate in Law Firms, Legal Executive / Compliance Officer, Legal Consultant, Court Clerk / Assistant, In-house Counsel (corporate), and Litigation Assistant. Many companies visit the college during placements selection process and offers highest package of INR 8 LPA and an average placement package of INR 5 LPA. Furthermore, Internships Strong focus on mandatory internships (4-6 weeks) during the course, which help build experience and often lead to pre-placement offers (PPOs). Many students do internships at the Delhi High Court, District Courts, or firms in Greater Noida/Delhi.
